    石狮市闽狮进出口贸易有限公司

    是石狮国投集团控股的混合所有制企业“石狮市六胜供应链管理有限公司”的全资子公司，注册资本2000万元人民币。公司主营进出口贸易，2018年和2019年出口额均在12100万美元以上。

   “石狮市闽狮进出口贸易有限公司”前身“福建省石狮市外商投资服务中心”成立于1994年, 是石狮市财政局全资的国有企业，2002年起开始经营进出口贸易，多次获得泉州市出口重点企业、石狮市出口先进企业、联合国指定供货商称号。公司业务发展稳健，信誉良好，团队专业。

    2017年12月13日，“福建省石狮市外商投资服务中心”经石狮市政府办公会议同意改制，整个管理团队和全体员工及全部客户全部转移至“石狮市闽狮进出口贸易有限公司”继续开展业务。

    “石狮市闽狮进出口贸易有限公司”秉承信誉至上、互利互惠的经营原则，在原有优势之外，拥有更加雄厚的资金实力，希望能带动本地区外向型企业建立与世界各地更紧密的贸易往来。

SHISHI MINSHI IMPORT & EXPORT COMPANY LIMITED  

is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shishi Liusheng Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., a joint venture controlled by Shishi State-owned Investment Development Group, with a registered capital of 20 million yuan (RMB). The Company is mainly dealing in import and export, and annual export volumes in 2018 and 2019 are above US$121 million. 

The company's predecessor, FUJIAN SHISHI FOREIGN INVESTMENT SERVICE CENTER, was founded in 1994 as a state-owned company wholly-funded by Shishi Municipal Bureau of Finance, and took up import and export trading from 2002. It had been repeatedly awarded the Main Exporting Enterprise of Quanzhou City, the Advanced Exporting Enterprise of Shishi City, and United Nations Designated Supplier, reflecting the company' solid development, good credit and professional operation in this trade. 

On 13th December 2017, FUJIAN SHISHI FOREIGN INVESTMENT SERVICE CENTER completed restructuring under the approval of Shishi Municipal Government, and its entire management team and staff and all customers resources were transferred to SHISHI MINSHI IMPORT & EXPORT COMPANY LIMITED.

Therefore, SHISHI MINSHI IMPORT & EXPORT COMPANY LIMITED now has the advantages of its predecessor and sounder finance. With all these resources, and in the light of the principles of credibility and mutual benefits, our company would like to help establish closer relationship between local and world clients.
